1. Strictly NO cancellation of orders. Buyers who will refuse to receive cash-on-delivery orders will be labeled as BOGUS BUYERS and will be blocked from our shop.

2. Online payments for on hand items must be settled within a maximum of 3 days after the order is placed. Failure to comply will automatically cancel your order.

3. Online payments for preorder items must be settled on or before the announced deadline of payment. Failure to comply will automatically cancel your order.

4. The shop will not be liable to the products once they are shipped. It is not accountable to the delays in delivery and damage or loss of products shipped. 

5. NO unpacking video, NO refund. The video will serve as a proof that supports the buyer's complaints or concerns about the items.

6. Returns or refunds can be issued only if wrong and/or defective items were delivered. Any product damages caused by the courier or the buyer are not refundable.

7. Our modes of delivery are GOGO Express (local) and DHL Express (international) only. In case the aforementioned couriers are not available in your city/country, you can checkout on our Shopee account (for local and on hand items only) and/or message us for your preferred courier.

PRE ORDER NOTICE

Before checking out pre-order items, please note that:

◘ "Preorder" means the products are only produced once the quantity of orders has been finalized according to the number of paid buyers.

◘ Shipping of items only proceeds when all of the products are shipped to us by the suppliers.

◘ Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled when the payment period ends.

◘ The admins are NOT liable to products once they are handed into the courier.

◘ Order cancellation is NOT allowed.

◘ We do not accept down payments.
